Francisco Javier Gonzalez, 18, has been arrested and charged in relation to a shooting that occurred at 5930 Brock Street at approximately 1:05 a.m. on May 13. The charges against Gonzalez include aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon and possession of a prohibited weapon, according to records from the 337th State District Court. (HPD) The victim, a 21-year-old male, was discovered at the scene with multiple gunshot wounds. He was transported to an area hospital in a critical condition by the Houston Fire Department paramedics. HPD patrol officers were the first to respond to the shooting. Following an extensive investigation by the HPD Major Assaults and Family Violence Division Detectives J. Windham and T. Forsythe, Gonzalez was identified as the primary suspect. Gonzalez was arrested on July 11 and has since been charged in relation to the incident.
