HOUSTON, July 26, 2023 – Houston police have released surveillance images of a vehicle believed to be involved in the fatal shooting of a man early Tuesday morning. The incident took place at 15815 Boondridge Road around 12:10 a.m. The vehicle in question is thought to be a gray Chevrolet Impala or a similar model. Three surveillance photos of the vehicle have been released as part of the ongoing investigation. The victim, a 30-year-old man, was found lying in a driveway with an apparent gunshot wound when officers responded to an assault-in-progress call. He was later pronounced dead at the scene. The identity of the victim is currently pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences. At this stage of the investigation, there is no known suspect description or clear motive for the shooting. The gray vehicle seen in the surveillance photos was reportedly observed fleeing the scene shortly after the incident.
