She was last seen on September 4, 2023, at approximately 5:30 p.m. near the 7400 block of Jensen Drive in Houston, Texas. Small is described as a Black female, 5’4” in height, weighing 140 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. She was last seen wearing a white shirt and blue jean shorts.
